Terms of service

1. Provider

The Aries service (app.usearies.io) is provided by Batt Crew d.o.o., Podpeška cesta 132, 1351 Brezovica, Slovenia, VAT ID SI26860813. Contact: hello@usearies.io.

2. The service

Aries is business software: issuing and receiving documents, catalogs, a construction module, finance and accounting tools. It is intended exclusively for business use — companies, sole traders and their accountants, not consumers.

The scope of features per plan and module is described on the pricing page; the service is actively developed, so individual features may change, improve or be retired.

3. Your account

You need an account with accurate details. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done through your account; tell us immediately if you suspect misuse.

4. Prices and payment

During the launch period, until 1 December 2026, Aries is entirely free. After that the prices published on the pricing page apply: the free Starter plan and paid plans or modules as a monthly subscription.

Subscriptions are billed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time; the subscription runs to the end of the paid period, with no partial refunds for unused time. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance by email — if you disagree, cancel before they take effect.

5. Your data and content

Everything you enter or upload is and remains yours. You grant us only the right to process it to the extent needed to run the service. You can export your documents and partners at any time, including on the way out.

Personal data is handled per our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to issue false or misleading documents, to attempt intrusion or overload, or to resell the service without our consent. Serious violations can lead to suspension or closure of the account.

7. Tax and accounting features are not advice

Aries computes VAT and prepares returns and export files (e.g. DDV-O, RP-O, the KIR/KPR ledgers) from the data you enter and rules we maintain with care. Even so, Aries is not a tax or legal adviser: review the prepared documents and files — you or your accountant — before filing. You remain responsible for the accuracy of entered data and for submitting returns and reports to the authorities.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service up, but cannot guarantee 100% availability — maintenance, faults and events outside our control happen. The service is provided "as is".

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from use of the service does not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, or data loss that an ordinary export or backup would have prevented. These limits do not apply where the law forbids them (e.g. intent or gross negligence).

10. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may terminate with 30 days’ notice, or immediately on a serious breach of these terms. Export your data before termination; after account deletion it is removed as the privacy policy describes and cannot be restored.

11. Intellectual property

The application, its code and the Aries brand are ours or our licensors’. Using the service grants you no rights to them beyond using the service under these terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Slovenian law. Disputes fall under the competent court in Ljubljana.

13. Changes to these terms

Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance by email or in the app. If you disagree, you can close your account before they take effect; continued use means acceptance.
